Ramona Christell

Ramona Christell A certified therapist and coach with the International Association of professional Life Coaches, was born in Switzerland and raised in Austria. Ramona was privileged to learn the importance of living a healthy life with a focus on nutrition and wellness by her family. Walking, running, figure skating and general fitness were a regular part of her daily routine. Ramona found that living a healthy lifestyle opened the door and paved the way for many opportunities. 

One of the key milestones in her journey was when she met Arnold Schwarzenegger at Zimmerman fitness in Vienna, Austria. The experience changed her life! Schwarzenegger’s praise and vote of confidence ignited a fire in Ramona that led her to pursue her dream in earnest. Ramona created a plan. She started her career in healthcare, learning about the human mind & body and the psychology that drives it. Ramona also developed nutritional programs and became a certified life coach for people seeking guidance, success and focus in their personal and professional lives.

Soon, Ramona moved to the United States, working for several years at the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio as a fitness model and nutritional specialist.

In addition to the fitness and wellness skills she had developed, she also found success in international real estate, and as a business strategist and consultant.

With fluency in five languages and a business degree under her belt, Ramona developed more strategies to help individuals from all different backgrounds and guided entrepreneurs on the right path to a successful business. 

Ramona Christell honed her skills for group and one-on-one coaching, bringing years of experience & strategies to her clients improving their lives both personally & professionally.
